how do i return an item?
halcyon does not accept returns unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
if you receive a defective item, contact us at support@halcyon within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition

what about shipping fees and taxes?
